We are here at Galot Motorsports Park for the PDRA Drag Wars. Hopefully we can get in some good test runs tomorrow since the drizzle today had a different plan.

Well Brooks’ win light
didn’t come on but we couldn’t be happier with his first competition pass. It was a clean, safe pass.
Back in 2018, when Brooks firmly suggested to his parents that he wanted to pilot a junior dragster, it was while attending the NHRA at Bristol Dragway. We have been back for the annual NHRA ECF for juniors each year but to return to this drag strip where his passion for the sport began for his first super street outing has been special to say the least. ❤️
Laying that foundation run is just the start we wanted and we build from here. This team is already planning for Drag Wars at GALOT in Benson NC in less than three weeks. https://www.pdra660.com/schedule/2025/galot-dw/
Not a bad first race with the 76 Camaro. We learned a lot from the pits to the finish line. See yall in just a few short weeks at Galot Motorsports Park.

Brooks is making his debut today in Super Street at PDRA Racing Bristol Dragway in his 1976 Chevrolet Camaro. E1 should be sometime after 4pm.
We thank the Lord above for this opportunity, his hand in putting this team together, and we rely on him to provide a safe race.

Brooks made his PDRA Racing Super Street debut this morning at Bristol Dragway during the Larry Jeffers Race Cars Thunder Valley Throwdown and came off the trailer with a stout 4.69 at 154.51. We kick off qualifying tommorow afternoon around 1 PM.

Some BristolThunder Valley noise as we make our first test hit for the PDRA race this weekend. Qualifying is tomorrow and racing on Saturday.

We haven’t posted much lately but we have been making moves over to 648 cubic inch motors and some nitrous power adders on Brooks Top Dragster. Our next stop will be Galot Motorsports Park then onto Norwalk Ohio for the PDRA race Memorial Day weekend.
