26-66595: On May 23rd, 2026, at approximately 11:20 a.m., the suspects pictured above entered a hardware store in the 2400 block of Old Taylor Rd. One suspect selected power tools and exited through the garden section of the store without paying. The second suspect attempted to leave the store with a tool but dropped it before leaving. Both suspects fled the area in a gray Ford.

The suspects are described as:

♦️Black male with dark facial hair, wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, black shoes, and a glove on his left hand.

♦️Black male with dreads, wearing a mask, a red head covering, a white shirt with a gold chain, a black jacket, black pants, and red and black shoes.

26-800774: On June 7th, 2026, at approximately 10:27 a.m., the suspect pictured above entered the ABC Store located at 809 Eden Way North. The suspect entered the store carrying his own bag, selected 11 bottles of tequila, placed them inside the bag, and quickly left the store without paying. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a white shirt, black joggers, and black shoes.

# 26-800632: On May 9, 2026, the suspect entered an ABC store located at 809 Eden Way. The suspect picked up five bottles of Grey Goose Vodka and left the store without paying.

26-67544: On May 25, 2026, at approximately 12:21 p.m., the pictured suspect entered the ABC Store located at 550 Liberty St. The suspect selected two bottles of Teremana Reposado, concealed the bottles under her clothing, and exited the store without paying. The suspect is described as a black female between 21 and 25 years of age, approximately 5'6" tall and 250 pounds. She was wearing a black bonnet, a black shirt with a graphic design on the front, a black cardigan, black pants, and black slides.

26-17646: On February 9, 2026, between 6:20 p.m. and 7:15 p.m., the pictured suspect used a stolen credit card at multiple locations in the South Norfolk area. The suspect is being investigated for Identity Theft, Credit Card Theft, Credit Card Fraud, and Computer Fraud.

26-69732: On May 28, 2026, at approximately 2:36 p.m., the pictured suspects entered a department store in the 1500 block of Sams Cir. The suspects loaded merchandise into a shopping cart, covered the items with bookbags, and exited the store without paying.

Suspects are described as:
• White female with long hair, wearing a cap, white shirt, gray shorts, and black flip flops.
• White female wearing a white Nike shirt, gray shorts, and white and gray tennis shoes.

The suspect is described as a black male wearing blue jeans, a tan shirt, white shoes, a hat, and carrying a pink duffle bag.

# 26-63821: On May 17, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m., the pictured suspect was in a residence in the 300 block of Holly Point Blvd. While inside the home, the suspect took the keys to a vehicle and another set of keys belonging to the resident. The suspect is described as a black female with a piercing in her right eyebrow and a nose piercing in her right nostril.

26-55612: On April 30, 2026, the pictured suspect was involved in a burglary at a truck repair facility located in the 900 block of Cavalier Blvd. During the incident, approximately $20,000 worth of equipment was stolen from the business.

🚨 COLD CASE ALERT: She was only 16 years old.

On March 9, 1994, Charity Lynn Boucher, a Salem High School junior and Virginia Beach resident, left her home and never returned. Later that day, Charity was found murdered in the 2300 block of Elbow Road in southeastern Chesapeake, Virginia.

More than 30 years have passed, but her homicide remains unsolved. Investigators believe someone knows what happened and may hold information that could finally help solve this case.
