SCAA Summer Softball Camps
SCAA is teaming up again with Catelyn Whaley & current high school and college players to host Summer Softball Camps for players ages 6-17 (unless otherwise noted) this summer! All Camps will be held at the SCAA Complex.

Softball All Skills Camp
Monday, July 13 - Wednesday, July 15
Times: 9:00am-1:00pm
Ages: 6 & up
Cost: $145 per player
The goal of the All Skills Camp is to improve each individual player's overall softball skills through high level instruction, drill participation and quality repetitions. Proper throwing, defense and hitting mechanics will be stressed throughout, as well as positional and team concept skills. Players will be grouped by age and ability levels to insure safety.

Softball Pitchers & Catchers Mini-Camp
Wednesday, August 18
Times: 9:00am-Noon
Ages: 7 & up
Cost: $65 per player
This is a position specific camp for ages 7-16. Players may register as catchers, pitchers, or both.
The goal is to improve each players overall skills in their position through high level instruction, drill participation, and quality repetitions. Players will be grouped by age and ability levels to insure safety.

Softball Hitting Mini-Camp
Thursday, August 19
Times: 9:00am-Noon
Ages: 6 & up
Cost: $65 per player
This is a specialty hitting camp that will focus entirely on developing a player's offensive softball skills. Players will rotate though a series of supervised stations, including batting cages. Players will also participate in hitting games and competitions designed to improve on an aggressive approach at the plate, proper grip, stance, routine, balance, stride/load, timing, bat path, contact points, extension, and proper finish.

This is a reminder that SCAA All-Stars/Select Teams 2026 Closing Ceremonies Picture Day is today, June 2, at the SCAA Complex.

Aerial group photo
Players will then receive medals and proceed to individual photos
Team photos will be taken after all players on a team have completed their individual photos
All Teams MUST take team photos.
Important Reminders:
No paper forms or payments are required.
Parents must register to view and purchase photos through the SCAA All-Stars 2026 Picture Account Registration link and take a selfie of your Players.
Registering before picture day allows you to receive updates as soon as photos are available.
Players may bring their own bat or glove for individual photos.
Please ensure players are not chewing gum before photos.
Our new digital ordering system allows families to view photos before purchasing and order directly online from their private gallery.

SCAA Spring 2026 Rec League Division Winners Closing Ceremony
Mon, June 1 | SCAA Field C6
Schedule:
6:00pm- Division Champion Teams arrive at SCAA Field C6 in full team uniform.
6:15pm- Teams line up on infield starting on the 1st base side to 3rd base as follows:
Starting in order from the youngest divisions first in each age division, softball will be first followed by baseball (i.e. Pinto Softball, Pinto Baseball, etc.)
Players should be in alphabetical order by last names, followed by Coaches.
6:30pm- Division Champions awarded their trophies.
Closing Ceremonies conclude when last team gets their awards.

SCAA Closing Ceremonies All-Star & Select Team Recognition
Tues, June 2 | SCAA Field C6
All Players and Coaches All-Star Team/Select Team should wear their All-Star/Select team's full uniforms that they would be wearing in the PONY Tournament.
Schedule:
5:30pm- All-Star & Select Teams line up on infield of Field C6.
Teams will line up starting on the 1st base side and circling the infield towards 3rd base as follows:
Starting in order from the youngest divisions first in each division, softball will be first followed by baseball (i.e. Shetland, Pinto Softball, Pinto Baseball, etc.)
Each division should also line up All-Star Team first then Select Team
Each division should also line up in age group order (i.e. Mustang Baseball 9U teams then 10U teams)
All teams shortest players should be in front of line to the tallest in the back, followed by Coaches.
6:00pm- All-Star & Select Teams aerial photo taken.
6:10pm- After the aerial photo, All-Star & Select Teams are to stay in line and will be called up to get their medals.
As teams receive their medals they will vacate the field and report to the Photo Area to have team photos taken by Photomagic.
All SCAA All-Stars & Select Teams ARE REQUIRED to take a team photo.
All-Star & Select Players will all have individual photos taken whether you plan on purchasing or not.
There will be no prepay orders, and all players and team pictures, as well as the aerial picture, will be available with an online to purchase.
Closing Ceremonies conclude when last team gets their awards.

SCAA COMPLEX IS CLOSED TODAY (TUESDAY, MAY 26TH).
ALL GAMES & PRACTICES ARE CANCELLED (THIS INCLUDES ALL CITY FIELDS.)
