Hello friends & Happy December! ☃️ Long time, no talk. It’s been a whirlwind of a summer/fall & I’ve been kept very busy (and blessed 🙌) with transactions, family, & homeschooling. Nifty TC is trucking along through the winter months and I couldn’t be more grateful for my wonderful clients. ✨❣️

Today's forecast: Sick Kids & Closings. Taking care of business all around. 💪 We've got soup, ALTAs, warm baths, and commission checks.

Did you notice the difference?? 🧐 In light of the scams I’ve seen lately, stay vigilant! Ensure your clients are aware of the small details & frequent types of scams, such as wiring fraud. Always double-check with the person you’re sending money to.
