Anatomy in 3 Dimensions is the last teacher training of the season! If you have enjoyed previous teacher trainings with our Master Instructor, Jessica, then we encourage you to take this one. For aspiring or current Pilates instructors, this course will help you understand the human body and movement as a whole.

There is still time to sign up for Core Align Instructor Training 2: Progressions! This weekend is a chance for current or aspiring Pilates instructors to advance their education with Core Align.

Our master instructor, Jessica will guide you in a two-day module that incorporates new knowledge with physical practice.
