EWU PLUS - Program Leading to University Success
The Learning Commons is a fantastic way for Eastern Washington University to enhance academic support for all students at the university. It is a student- centered space, where support staff create an environment that allows students to work collaboratively and participate in academic improvement activities. The Learning Commons gives students from different disciplines and fields of study the opportunity to enhance their skills and to work together in ways they never could before on campus.

Congrats, to our June PLUS Employee of the Month - Leya Thornton! Leya has been a rock star as a PLUS Office Aide! We will miss her next year, but we are so excited for her as she continues her education at EWU! She will be working on a Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT). Thanks, Leya, for all you have done for PLUS!

Congrats, to our May PLUS Employee of the Month - Carissa Morrison!
Serving as a chemistry tutor, Carissa is a favorite with students! We appreciate all that you do for EWU students, Carissa! Come see her during her drop-in CHEM 172 tutoring sessions on Mondays from 3-4 PM and Fridays from 11-noon in the JFK Learning Commons.

Jasmine has worked with students at PLUS for almost 4 years, serving as an academic coach, study group facilitator, and tutor. Our students LOVE her, and we appreciate her SO much! Thank you, Jasmine, for all that you do for PLUS and EWU students!
