The Cape Ann Project - Our first major Nor’easter since completing the build gave us a real-world test - and a reminder why bringing a Building Enclosure specialist onto the team was the right move.
With the home exposed to harsh coastal conditions, Peter Yost of Building Wright brought expertise in material selection, compatibility reviews, and best-in-class detailing that was critical to ensuring long-term performance.

The Cape Ann Project - Delivered in 15 months, exactly as planned. Seamless coordination between our Birchwood field team and our own in-house capabilities of Bespoke of Wi******er was key to staying on track. The shop not only produced the exceptional custom cabinetry that they’re known for, but also delivered fully prepped trims, casings and other assemblies timed to match field progress, reducing installation time and ensuring top notch quality. Let’s just say it’s game changer.

The painstaking process of bending hardwood flooring. A single straight board is planed into 1/8” thick strips that are then glued and clamped into place to follow the radius.
