This morning 4 new firefighters were sworn in to the city. Welcome FF Mendez, FF Diaz, FF Monzon, and FF Castillo. May you have a long and healthy career.

The members of Local 937 would like to express our deepest sympathies to Mass State Police and the family of the trooper that tragically lost his life this morning.

Plenty of opening let us know if you want to put a foursome in. Also looking for hole sponsors.

This morning 3 members were officially promoted Deputy Chief Joe Conlon, Captain Omar Frometa, and Lieutenant Sean Dunn. Local 937 wants to give a big congratulations to our three newly promoted members.

Local 937 will be hosting our 4th annual golf tournament Friday June 26th teeing off at 8am. Come on out for the great day of golf, raffle prizes, food, and more.

We are always looking for sponsorship for the tournament. See flyer on how you can be a sponsor for you or your business. All proceeds goes to our scholarship fund. Last year we were able to give $8000 in scholarships to graduating Chelsea High School students.

Teachers play a critical role in shaping the future of our city, and we recognize the dedication, long hours, and commitment it takes to educate and support the young people of Chelsea. Just like firefighters, teachers serve on the front lines of our community, and your work deserves respect, fair treatment, and the resources needed to succeed.
