Introducing our Summer Salad Selection! These vibrant, fresh grab-and-go salads will be available at all of our events:
Elmwood Village Farmers Market - Saturdays from 8am-1pm
Elmwood Village - Free Concerts in Bidwell Tuesdays 6pm-9pm
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center - Market in the Park Wednesdays 11am-1:30pm

The Strawberry Fields Salad is available with or without Chicken and is made with Fleckenstein Farms LLC delicious strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, cucumbers, our sunflower shoot microgreens and our aeroponically-grown lettuces. Served with homemade strawberry balsamic dressing.

The Chicken Cobb Salad is made with grilled chicken breast, Belleview Farm bacon, hard-boiled egg, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, our radish microgreens and our aeroponically-grown lettuces. Served with a choice between homemade Ranch or homemade balsamic dressing.

The Caesar Salad is available with or without Chicken and is made with shaved parmesan cheese, our homemade croutons using BreadHive Bakery & Cafe bread, our aeroponically-grown lettuce and is served with homemade Caesar dressing.

Join us today and every Wednesday from 11am-1:30pm for the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Market in the Park. Today we have Artisan Pizzas made-to-order, Chicken Cobb Salads, Chicken Caesar Salads, Caesar Salads (all made using the lettuce grown in our aerponic towers), our bagged lettuce and pre-cut containers of our microgreens.
