Inspiring support for women in technology pursuits through education, networking, and mentoring!

ChaTech Women is the Chattanooga Technology Council's initiative to support women in technology careers. There is a gender gap in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) jobs with women holding less than 25% of STEM jobs (even though they fill nearly half of all US jobs) and a disproportionately low share STEM undergraduate degrees. ChaTech Women provides support and recognition for women in technology through education, networking and mentoring.
