Your audience isn’t engaging with your content by accident. Their feed is already telling you what they care about.

If your ideal customer spends their time watching superhero shows, travel videos, or behind-the-scenes documentaries, they’re revealing why they consume content in the first place.

People don’t just buy products—they chase the feeling those products create.

Stop asking, “What do I want to post?”
Start asking, “What does my audience already love?”

Create for the why, not just the what. 🎯

People don’t buy products. They buy solutions.

The fastest way to grab attention isn’t by talking about what you do, it’s by showing people how their life gets better because of it.

Solve a problem.
Create a result.
Inspire a possibility.

That’s what people show up for. 💡

Most event content dies the second the event ends.

That’s the problem we came to solve at OneStream Splash.
Not just capturing what happened — building content that keeps working long after everyone flies home.

From same-day edits to social storytelling, every piece is designed to create momentum, not just memories.

We don’t just document events. We extend their impact. 🎥⚡️

Most event content fails for one reason:

It documents the event instead of making people feel the event.

The brands winning attention are the ones telling stories people actually connect with.

5 pieces of content every event should be capturing👇
• Behind the scenes
• Daily recap energy
• Speaker moments
• Sponsor highlights
• Real attendee reactions

Because emotionally intelligent content > boring recap videos. 🎥✨

People always ask: “How long should a Reel be?”
30 seconds? A minute? Two?

The truth, from :
“It’s never too long or too short. It’s only too boring.”

You’ve watched 2–3 minute videos at 1am without even noticing, because they were interesting.

That’s the point.
Don’t obsess over length.

Obsess over this instead: is it compelling or not?

When your event delivers a premium experience… your content should too.

We flew into Westlake Village for Cadence Connects to do one thing: elevate the story.

No more boring recaps—this needed to feel as powerful, emotional, and high-level as the experience itself.

Because if the energy isn’t captured… it’s lost.

On to the next one ✈️

Real-time content. Real-time impact. 🎥⚡️
RVRB is on the ground at Alkami Co:Lab 2026—capturing, editing, and delivering content as it happens, so that Alkami can post while the energy is still electric. No delays. No missed moments. Just instant storytelling.

Before the lights, the cameras, or the action — there’s strategy, empathy, and storytelling.

That’s where great content begins.

🎬 Built with intention. Captured with heart.

Bigger thinking means better content! Events provide an opportunity to create high-impact content that works today AND for the rest of the year. But you must keep the big picture in mind when building your strategy and your team. Our team loves to strategize with clients before their events so we can learn their goals and figure out how to maximize the use cases of the content we are there to make. How are you keeping the big picture in mind while building your event content team?

Benjamin Clark Campbell

Sometimes the unexpected happens. And the defining factor between success and failure in those moments is the quality of your team. When Clark caught the flu before the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway, we got to see the quality of our team (internal and contractors alike) in action. From Max stepping into the role of producer with less than 24 hours notice to Austin driving up to Bristol to lend an extra set of hands, this team stepped up in a big way, and we are so proud of what they accomplished. You all are rockstars!
