This lady had some serious rot on her exterior wall. As is the case with most water damage you see on the outside, it was worse once you get in there. It had reaching into the framing on the corner and ruined her drywall inside. Even more surprising, there was no sheathing, siding was nailed straight to studs. We replaced all the rotten framing, installed sheathing, house wrap, and water resistant Hardie cement siding so it won’t happen again. Looks great!

Clean and simple bathroom remodel we finished before Christmas 🙌🏼 It’s amazing what tile and a new paint job can do for your bath space 👌🏼

Ok, this was a fun one! Client will soon be in a wheelchair so we took this old room with stairs leading into it, and made a platform level with the rest of the house, with a ramp leading to the garage! 🤩 New game room looks sick 💪🏼

Ripped out old tile on floor and around tub and put in LVP and subway tile. And new vanity 💪🏼

Yeah we do stain removal as well 💪🏼 Not pictured is a bunch of rotten cedar board and batten style siding that we replaced as well 🙌🏼

Just finished a historical plaster repair at the Hunter Museum! 🙌🏼 So thankful they asked us to restore this beautiful area at the Mansion 🤌🏼 Removed all loose plaster then prepped and replastered with materials only available in Knoxville! Quite the project 💪🏼

Client had two sliding glass doors that were completely unusable, nearly welded on the track 😳 We came in to replace one with French doors and the other with new sliding doors 🙌🏼 Will be back later to replace his windows as well 💪🏼

In the process of building a large 40x80’ post framed building for work truck and material storage 🚚 Looking really good and coming along quickly 🙌🏼 Will post more pics upon completion 🔥

Just finished this shower for a local roofing company’s warehouse 💪🏼
