Secure attachment isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being present.
It’s choosing honesty over avoidance.
Regulation over reaction.
Connection over control.
It’s knowing you can love deeply without losing yourself
and stand alone without shutting people out.
Security is built in small, consistent moments:
✔️ Clear communication
✔️ Emotional responsibility
✔️ Healthy boundaries
✔️ Repair after conflict
