Big news, Tennessee! The Governor has officially proclaimed May as Maternal Health Month in Tennessee!

We invite you to help spread awareness by sharing this with your partners and networks. Maternal Health Month is a vital time to highlight the needs of moms across our state and celebrate the important work being done to support them.

Let’s come together to make sure every mom has the care and support she deserves!

Black Maternal Health week is April 11-17. This is a time to raise awareness, amplify voices, take action to address disparities in maternal health, and recognize the importance of improving health outcomes for Black mothers and families

Every mother deserves safe, respectful, and quality care before, during, and after pregnancy. By supporting education, access to care, and community-based programs, we can work together to create healthier futures for mothers and babies.

Let’s continue to listen, learn, and advocate for change.
