We don’t normally work on weekends but when an out of town client can only get somewhere special like this we can make an exception.

Chattanooga has a rule that allows for the rebuilding in place of ‘existing non-conforming’ buildings as long as everything is completed in 100 days or less.

The clock has started and the race is on for the contractor to finish this carport that will take the place of the dated and poorly aging one it is replacing that was built within the setback lines.

The new structure must still meet building codes for fire resistance and will be a big upgrade to the home’s appearance.

We were brought in to help the clients generate a design set for budgeting and to help make sense of how to expand the house on this steep lot. Everyone is happy and that means we are too.

Progress is slow but getting closer every day at the lakeside renovation and ADU.
