We testified in court regarding a polygraph exam conducted by a U.S. Secret Service agent. The defendants attorney sought to have the matter dismissed because the Secret Service examiner did not advise the defendant of his his rights as required by state of TN. once the test was complete, and the questions answered,

Regarding Employee Theft:
We conducted an employee theft test for a local business. The employer suspected an employee stole controlled substances from the warehouse. The employer decided to conduct a private investigation and use a polygraph test. Tests results indicated the employee was being deceptive when he denied aspects of the crime. Confronted employee with results. He denied guilt and cried. The next morning the employer called and said that employee came in, confessed all, and resigned.
Problem solved. No arrests, no litigation necessary.
