The design-build partnership between and Integrated Builds resulted in a smooth, collaborative process and a successful project outcome. Integrated Builds appreciates the cooperation, communication, and trust shown throughout the renovation, which helped bring the vision for this new pharmacy space to life. We are proud to have worked together to deliver a high-quality facility that meets both functional and aesthetic goals.

Project Description:

This project involved the renovation of an existing 6,100 square foot medical office building into a fully functioning pharmacy with retail space, therapeutic client areas, and private consultation offices. The scope included a complete interior overhaul to modernize the facility and enhance both client experience and operational efficiency. Updated finishes were installed throughout, creating a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. Custom millwork was designed and fabricated to support pharmacy operations while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. Meanwhile, architectural elements, such as light fixtures, were incorporated to improve visibility and highlight key areas of the space. The result is a functional, modern pharmaceutical facility tailored to meet the needs of both staff and clients.

We are thrilled to announce that the new classroom addition for Davis Elementary School in Trenton, GA is approaching the finish line and is set for final completion in the upcoming weeks! This addition consists of five classrooms, a music room, and restrooms for students and staff.

Although this is a new addition, it holds a piece of the schools history by implementing a stone monumental wall using the same rock that served the schools famous “Rock Building” constructed in 1935.

We are grateful to Dade County Board of Education and KRH Architects for trusting us with this historic opportunity and would like to give a special thanks to all of our hardworking subcontractors that made this build possible!

We are thankful to have had the opportunity to serve the community of Ringgold with the installation of ten new pickleball courts and a basketball court at Creekside Park. It was a pleasure to work alongside of CTI Engineers, City of Ringgold officials, and our team of subcontractors to make this project a success for the community. #423

Great day pouring concrete for a new development on Riverfront Parkway. We are thankful to have some of the best finishers in the business!

In the next few months, Poplar Springs Baseball Complex will have a new look! Soon a new concessions and restroom facility will be surrounded by 50,000 square feet of concrete between all 5 fields. The fields themself will receive laser leveled infields, irrigation systems, new chain link fencing, and new dugouts! Residents of Catoosa County will be proud of the finished product this fall!

Inside look at what we have been up to this week: Commercial Drywall & Framing getting us started on the Cohutta Elementary School Gymnasium Structural Modifications project. We are happy to be assisting Whitfield County Schools on this project that was designed by KRH Architects & William J. Peltier and Associates.
