This closing was incredibly special.

It’s not often you see a home that’s been loved for 38 years passed on to its next chapter. After touring several homes that didn’t quite check all the boxes, this one surpassed every expectation. Halloween 2024 🎃

Madie and Hannah are such a JOY.

From looking at homes to coordinating with contractors, they took the home buying process in stride. I'm overjoyed for them as they begin their homeownership journey and can't wait to see them continue to transform their space into a place they love to live.

We had a cheerleader at closing today!

Holliday couldn’t have asked for a better first closing. Both parties were a dream and we closed at Cumberland Title with our favorite, Julie.

We are absolutely thrilled for the wonderful Parks family as they move into their new home!

Knowing they had outgrown their home and would need to move, they contacted me last year to see how they could add value to their house before selling. I outlined the projects that would be most impactful to their sale price and they truly went above and beyond in preparing their house for market. They did such a good job, they were able to sell off market, at top dollar and simultaneously purchase a larger home to better meet their needs!

We closed on their sale last week and on their new East Brainerd home today. Congratulations Andrew and Mary Grace!
