We are thrilled to have Bailey Ellison in town for the summer to provide some group pitching lessons for CYSA players!

These sessions are designed for the 8U beginning pitcher moving up to 10U this fall, current 10U pitchers who are either beginning or have just a little experience, and any 12U players new to pitching.

Congrats to our 8U Gold team. They battled hard through 4 games in a full one day tournament and earned a 2nd-place finish in the top bracket at the Hopkins Royal Rampage tournament.
Both teams traded runs inning after inning in a true back-and-forth battle. What a day! 💜🥎

Shoutout to 8U Purple for bringing home a 2nd place finish at the Fury Frenzy tournament!

And a special shoutout to June, who crushed her way into the Top 3 of the Big Hitter Contest. 💜🥎

10U Black are Platinum Bracket Champions at the Monti Classic!

These girls went 5–0 and there was a grand slam that blew the roof off the tournament! 💜🥎

Chaska’s 10U Grey team dug deep and battled through three overtimes to claim 1st place in the Gold bracket at the Spring Sting tournament in Edina.

We are excited to share the date for 2027 Travel Softball Evaluations so families can plan ahead.

Evaluations will take place on Sunday, October 4th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Specific age‑group times will be finalized and shared as we get closer, but we wanted to get the date on your calendars early.

Please note:

• These evaluations are only for players intending to play travel softball.
• Players planning to play community softball do not need to attend.
• There will only be a makeup date if weather requires it.
• To be considered for a top/gold team, players must attend evaluations.

We’re excited to share that CYSA is partnering with Pitch 2 Pitch this summer to offer our players a high‑quality All-Skills Camp led by expert coaches. This is a fantastic opportunity for athletes to build confidence, sharpen fundamentals, and receive position‑specific instruction from experienced trainers.

Camp Details:

Dates: June 23rd – June 25th

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: Chaska Community Park

Cost: $199

Ages: Open to players 8U – 14U
