*Attention Residents*
We're asking all residents to log into the parking pass system and take a moment to update your vehicle information, including your current registration (tabs) and insurance. We are noticing many accounts are not getting updated. This helps keep our records accurate and ensures your vehicle is protected from towing.

The power may be off and on several times today on the East end of the park. The Electricians will be cleaning out inside a transformer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

With the 4th of July right around the corner, it is important to remember that fireworks are not allowed to be shot off anywhere in the park. We have had complaints of kids lighting them off last night. Please talk to your kids and tell them how dangerous this can be. We hope everyone has a safe and fun 4th of July!

Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Anything else will clog the sewer lines and create a problem inside resident homes. Even if packaging says it is safe to flush, it is not. Feminine products, wipes and paper towels should be thrown in the garbage. Thank you!!

Every home was delivered their own recycling container today, with the light blue lid that says RECYCLING on it.

Recycling will be picked up every other Monday beginning June 16th (this schedule has been added to the community calendar on your tenant web access account)

An email was sent to all residents with a valid email address on file with information regarding what CAN and CAN NOT go inside this container. We have also posted flyers at the office, mailboxes and laundry room with this same information.

We will no longer have the recycling dumpster in front of the garage.

What a great start to our monthly “Crafts with the Crew”! We had some really talented artists with us tonight! Keep watch for our next event! 😃
