Tried to make jelly stuffed peanut butter cookies, didn't quite turn out how I hoped. But hey, that's why we try new things, right?

Merry Christmas all you lovely people! This is the only picture I remembered to snag of some mini caramel apple pies with sugar cookie crusts that I made! They have a pecan streusel crumble on top and they turned out fabulous!!

No I didn't go anywhere, just moved is all! Still at it with pecan pies, strawberry, and cranberry orange cheesecakes, and a test batch of peppermint hot cocoa muffins for the holidays! (Everything turned out delicious👌)

French silk pie topped with fortified whipped cream, this was my first time using mascarpone cheese and was so fun to make!
