C9 Chocolate Strawberry Bulbs 🍓 Ingredients: @driscollsberry Strawberries @ghirardelli White chocolate (tempered) @reeses Chocolate bells @wiltoncakes Food coloring gel Tips: * Use food coloring gels instead of liquid food coloring drops. * If your white chocolate seizes when you add food gel add boiling water to the seized chocolate, 1 teaspoon at a time, and stir until the chocolate is smooth again. You can also use a tablespoon of vegetable oil or vegetable shortening, but it can slightly alter the taste if you use too much. * You can use candy melts instead of white chocolate. * White chocolate burns very easily, and should never get above 112ºF.
