I've been on this spiritual journey all of my life. I've followed many paths, read many authors and dived in deep in so many different ways. I don't think I have ever come across a teacher who puts the information out from such a perspective of love, heart, oneness and single-focused redirection to Source as Matt Kahn. If you are looking for peace, comfort, answers, please check him out. Today's world can be very divisive and ungrounding and I always feel more peaceful and lighter after I tune in.

It's been awhile since I've posted on this page, but I felt like the time was right at this time. I have been hesitant to share videos of myself, but I figured I need to put myself out there sometime. Today is the day 😊 This is a heart meditation that I did for my spiritual center in Alabama, The Spiritual Enrichment Center of Dothan. So, I've lost 5 pounds and 14.75 inches after four visits for red light therapy at Blue Ridge Body Contour. In addition, I have a membership with Dr. Prax for regular monthly chiropractic visits. It's so affordable this way. My word for 2020 is "embodiment" and I am committed to taking excellent care of this earthly vessel.
