Matt Thomas of Convoy devoted his remarkable design talents for this project, Egidijus Paurys of Fine Lines Editing provided project management support, Polina Chesnakova and Natalie Beam wrote excellent tutorials and Steven Blaski served as copy and recipe editor extraordinaire. And Scott Hudson at Worth Higgins & Associates, Inc. helped ensure this book looks as good on paper as it did in our mind's eye.
