Hightech Signs is seeking a detail oriented, organized individual to join our installation/service department. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, welding and electrical trades, is able to operate hydraulic equipment and power tools. A CDL license will eventually be required. Candidate will have to occasionally work at secured facilities so background checks and drug test will be mandatory. Candidate must not have had a reckless driving, DUI or other serious vehicle offense in the past 5 years. This is an exterior job and is performed at heights up to 150'. Electrical skills are a definite plus! Position is Mon-Thursday 7-5:30. Three day weekends! Hightech Signs is seeking a highly motivated individual to work in our vinyl production department. The production assistant performs a wide range of tasks in our busy sign shop, including painting, sign finishing, vinyl application, fabrication, assembly and packaging. In addition, this team member provides limited customer service. Daily work also includes general shop tasks such as shipping, receiving, equipment maintenance and general shop cleaning/upkeep. After trial period, some off site delivery and installation work will be required. The ideal candidate performs with attention to detail, communicates well, and conducts themselves in a professional manner. Experience is preferred in sign making, printing, graphic arts or related field such as framing and window tinting.

• Basic carpentry and/or graphic production skills
• Ability to stand and walk around shop for most of 8-hour shift
• Experience is preferred in sign making, printing, graphic arts or related field such as framing and window tinting
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
• Ability to work on a ladder
• Driver’s license and clean DMV record

Hightech Signs engraving is booming and looking for our next co-worker. CNC engraving, routing and laser cutting and etching machines are in need of another operator/designer to help custom engraving of a wide variety of objects and materials. This is a technical and precision oriented job that requires great attention to detail and understanding of CNC machining. The position does require interaction with customers, as well as some layout and design skills.

An ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
- Customer service skills
- Corel Draw or AI experience
- CNC experience
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Mechanically savvy
- Detail oriented/ precision work experience.
