Madeline Matosian recently passed the one-year mark as Indaco Risk Advisors' Director of Private Client Services and Personal Lines.

After gaining experience at a large private-client brokerage, Matosian returned to lead our private client and personal lines division, strengthening an area of the business that has grown alongside the firm’s corporate practice. She is focused on continuing to grow a private and personal lines practice that mirrors the sophistication of our commercial work while maintaining the close, relationship-driven service our clients expect

Indaco Risk Advisors continues to expand its presence in the Southeast, with a growing team of professionals based in the Raleigh-Durham area. While the firm remains headquartered in Virginia, its Carolina-focused team is dedicated to serving mid-market clients across the Triangle and beyond, extending Indaco’s relationship-driven approach to one of the region’s fastest-growing business hubs.

Indaco Risk Advisors has promoted three longtime team members to Managing Director roles and making each a shareholder. Bill Hauser now serves as Managing Director of Commercial Services, Chase Boyer as Managing Director of Growth, and Ben Jones as Managing Director of Operations. This broader leadership structure reflects Indaco’s continued growth—averaging roughly 17 percent annually over the past decade—and its commitment to remaining a privately owned, mid-market-focused firm built around its people.
