✨ New Print in my Etsy Shop ✨

I made this WPA style print for my house and wanted to share it in case anyone would like have some vibes hung on their walls. The print I made for our house has our late dog, Romeo, running in it but for the Etsy version I swapped him out with the infamous and beautiful blue heron who lurks around the riverside from time to time.
I lost my mind a few times in the forest 🌳… only to find a piece of my soul that made more sense.
Ironically, I also almost lost my mind making this print.
I’ve revisited this quote throughout my artistic journey, but this version taught me a couple things:
1. No matter how confident you are—don’t stray from your process
2. Mom brain is real… and apparently gets worse before it gets better
After working on this on and off for a month, I realized (right before posting 🙃) I wrote woods instead of forest… which meant backtracking, reworking, and recreating pieces I wouldn’t have had to touch if I’d just stayed organized.
Anyway—she’s finally here.

I’ve made a lot of versions of this design over the years.
Not my usual lane, but it felt worth doing right.
Different colors, different directions… honestly just me going down a typography rabbit hole.
This is the first time I brought all the branches together into one.
