Last week's Blue Ridge Home Builders Association golf tournament brought together builders, housing professionals, and community partners for a cause that matters far beyond the golf course, and the golfers managed to keep spirits high despite the rain.
A portion of the proceeds benefited AHIP (Albemarle Housing Improvement Program), a local nonprofit that has spent nearly 50 years helping homeowners access critical repairs and rehabilitation services. Their work helps preserve affordable housing, protect family assets, and ensure more of our neighbors can remain safely in their homes.
It takes a community to do that work. AHIP partners with local governments, nonprofits, volunteers, donors, and industry professionals to create lasting impact across Charlottesville and Albemarle.
