Catalyst Program - UVA

We sincerely thank alumni Autumn Graves and Sam Shank for their candid discussions with Catalyst students about post-graduation life and thinking creatively. We’re also grateful for the College Foundation’s sponsorship of our Speakers Series and we eagerly await our continuing conversations with inspirational alumni next fall.

Tuesday evening, we hosted our second speaker series of the semester! Thank you to the College Foundation for their continued support and Allison Egidi and John Freeman for sharing their career experience along with advice for Catalyst students.

On Wednesday evening, Catalyst students had the opportunity to network and hear about career experiences from two UVA Alumni.

We are Catalyst. Launched in 2022, Catalyst is a curricular program housed in the College of Arts & Sciences and open to any UVA undergraduates beyond their first year. Catalyst is an undergraduate program offering a relevant portfolio of courses, skills, and experiences designed to help students flourish in the world of work after graduation. We engage students in our curriculum through experiential learning and other high impact pedagogies, focusing on enhancing their preparation for work and civic life after graduation.
