At 9 years young, this handsome Malamute is experiencing his first-ever boarding adventure, and he is doing absolutely great!

True to his Malamute roots, Diesel has officially taken charge and is showing off his wonderfully bossy personality. We wouldn't have it any other way—we love a dog who knows exactly what he wants! 👑

🐾This handsome guy is joining us for his very first boarding stay this week. He is a super sweet pup, though he is feeling a little bit nervous right now.

Our team is already giving him extra love, quiet reassurance, and plenty of patience to help him settle in. We know it takes a little time to adjust, and we cannot wait to watch his confidence grow and see his true personality shine!

🐾 Leo Update: Building Trust! 🐾

Leo is checking in, and we are so proud of him! He has come such a long way in just one week.

His biggest breakthrough? Mastering the "down" command! Since Leo works through some sensitivity around females, laying down is a very vulnerable position for him to take. Seeing him do this so willingly for Jennifer, who has been doing most of his training, is a huge milestone. Kudos to Leo for building that trust with us!

He is doing fantastic, though he still keeps us on our toes. Occasionally, he will give a little grumble if he doesn’t want to listen. Jennifer just listens to what he is saying, figures it out, and they work through it together.

Thank you for another incident-free day, Leo! Huge shoutout to Jennifer for her incredible work with him. 📈❤️

Meet Akula: The 80-pound Belgian Malinois who firmly believes he is a French Bulldog. 🐾🤦‍♂️

Despite looking like a fierce, handsome working dog, Akula is a certified diva. He has spent so much time around Frenchies that he has completely adopted the lifestyle. We are talking peak drama, 24/7.

Akula has very specific expectations for his spa days:

Sass level: Maximum on the grooming stand.
Drying preference: Floor blow-dries only, please.
The Go-Home Tantrum: When told his vacation was over today, he literally threw himself on the floor and refused to move for his bath.

At this point, Jennifer needs an official sponsorship from Aleve Back & Body. 💊 Deadlifting a protesting Malinois onto the grooming table is a full-body workout!

Don't worry, Jennifer's back gets a break now. Akula, your mom is on her way to pick you up. Vacation is officially over, buddy! 🚙💨
