We can test your laptop if it doesn't seem to be working. Here, we've removed the motherboard and determined it works fine. So, just replacing the power port will get it working again!

If your computer is crashing frequently, it could be the memory (RAM) that is causing the problem. We can test a computer's components to see where the problem is. Here we tested a customer's RAM and it was bad. And replacing the memory is an inexpensive repair!

A liquid spill is serious and can ruin your laptop. You can see, in this photo of a customer's internal board, corrosion on the right side of the internal board. The customer had used the laptop for a couple of weeks after the spill. Time and electrical currents as the laptop is used are your enemies here. Turn yours off *immediately* and bring it to us before this happens!
By the way, putting your phone in rice does not work!
