This thought-provoking and interactive session will help you develop a better understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and provide you with knowledge on how to work with potential homebuyers and sellers who identify as part of the community. Intended for straight Allies, this course will open your eyes to discrimination issues LGBTQ+ clients face and help you start your journey in building cultural competency. Unconscious bias creeps into human interactions when you don't even realize it. Increase your understanding of the LGBTQ community. Learn what makes a good ally and how to respectfully engage with LGBTQ+ home buyers. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and Ally Resources via email.

Note: A complimentary catered luncheon will be provided by the North Carolina Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
