Breaking ground on something big in Charlotte!
We’re excited to kick off a new Extra Space Storage project on WT Harris Blvd. This one is a little extra special for our team—it’s located directly behind one of the QuikTrip stores we built years ago. Always great to be back on familiar ground, creating something new.
From fuel stops to storage solutions, it’s all about building spaces that serve the community and keep things moving.
Grading is underway and we’re looking forward to this one coming out of the ground.

We’re proud to share the completion of this brand-new Sherwin-Williams store at 1681 Delta Drive in Gastonia, NC — built from the ground up for a valued repeat client.
This 10,230 SF facility includes a full retail sales floor, offices, bulk tinting operations, and warehouse space — thoughtfully designed and constructed to support both customer experience and operational efficiency.
From early site work through final turnover, our team stayed focused on schedule, communication, and delivering the quality our client expects every time.

Thrilled to celebrate the Grand Opening of Brasserie Copain at The Bowl at Ballantyne! Our team partnered closely to transform this 3,100 sq ft space into a flagship French brasserie, complete with fresh boulangerie vibes and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. From proactive planning to on-site ex*****on, we focused on delivering a spot that's ready for memorable meals from day one. Another Grand Opening in SouthPark ✨
We’re proud to have partnered on the transformation of Laurel Park, now open in the former Village Tavern space. This project was a full interior reimagining—bringing new life, warmth, and energy to a familiar location and creating a restaurant experience that feels both elevated and inviting.
From demolition to final finishes, our team worked closely with the ownership, design team, and trade partners to deliver a space that matches Laurel Park’s vision and sets the tone for what’s sure to become a SouthPark favorite.
