It’s Market Season!!!

✨For Mother’s Day, I decided to gift myself a much-needed refresh. 🧘‍♀️

I have a confession: I’ve been seriously neglecting my self-care lately. 🤦‍♀️ Between the long days and the endless to-do lists, I’ve been:

Using face wipes instead of actually washing my face because I was just too exhausted. 😴

Grabbing the "quick" food instead of the "smart" choice. 🍕

Pushing my limits and putting myself at the very bottom of the priority list. 📉

To kickstart my comeback, I headed in for a facial. I’ve been going to Susan for over a decade now, she’s my go-to for everything from laser hair removal to high-tech skin treatments that leave me glowing. ✨

But... I totally got a lecture! 🎤 She could tell exactly what I’d been doing (or not doing). My pores were so inflamed from those "lazy" nights, and she called me right out on it. 😅

Now that the outside is glowing, it’s time to detox from the inside out. Let’s get back to the good stuff. 🌿💪

For a while there, I was the “Missing In Action” Leader & CEO.

I’ve always shared the wins, the tips, and the “The Fresh Expert” energy you expect on my forward channels - But behind the scenes? I was running on a hamster wheel that was missing a few spokes. 🐹

The truth is, I wasn’t there for my team because I wasn’t there for myself. Life started pivoting in ways I didn’t see coming, and I had to stop and figure out who I was outside of the brand, the business, and the expectations.

Rebuilding isn’t just about new systems or better spreadsheets. Sometimes, rebuilding means:
• Admitting you’ve been a “squirrel” (scattered and hiding).
• Taking a seat at the table to eat a giant slice of humble crow.
• Acknowledging that you can’t pour from a cup that you’ve accidentally dropped and shattered.

To my team and my community: Thank you for the grace this last year while I put the pieces back together.



My mom is decluttering her house as she prepares to downsize, and we just unearthed a literal masterpiece.

Enter: The Adventures of FiFi the Mouse. Written and illustrated by yours truly somewhere between the ages of 6 and 8.

Looking back at these pages, I’m obsessed with 7-year-old Corinne’s dedication to the plot. FiFi was packing cheese and milk for the journey because she knew you can’t tackle a “creepy forest” on an empty stomach. That’s some fresh energy right there.

But honestly? It made me stop and think. 🤔 What dreams did you have as a kid that you eventually “downsized” to make room for adulting? We often forget the versions of ourselves that were fearless enough to write a whole book just because we had a story to tell.

If you could reclaim one “forgotten” dream today, what would it be?
