From the entire Alchemy team, we want to say thank you for giving us a proper sendoff. From your messages to your reservations to your well-wishes and hugs, thank you for adding some light to these last few heavy days

Our final thoughts to share with you all:
⭐️ Restaurants and chefs shouldn't be afraid to be inclusive of dietary preferences or restrictions. There are incredible and delicious options for elevated vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes that will work with most concepts.

⭐️ Support local and try things outside your zip code and comfort zone. You never know, you just might find something unexpected that you love.

⭐️ Development may be great for Charlotte, but at what cost? Are we losing our character as a city or some of our gems in the name of growth? Just some food for thought 🍄

We will miss you all. Be on the lookout as you will see members of our team around Charlotte as they embark on new culinary adventures. Cheers and best wishes to all 🍷🍸

To all our customers, partners, and friends of Alchemy,

We are sad to announce that after two years of operation, Alchemy will be closing its doors on Sunday, July 10, 2022, following the dinner service.

Opened in June of 2020, Alchemy served creations from Chef Ken Aponte and his team that highlighted vegetables and showcased unique ingredients such as Lion’s Mane mushrooms, all while accommodating all dietary preferences and restrictions.

We sincerely thank all our guests, friends, artists, and clientele for the opportunity to share Alchemy’s story, food, and staff with you and your families. It has been a pleasure serving some of the most amazing patrons who shared in our culinary and artistic vision.

We invite our supporters and friends to dine with us during these last few days of operation to share the food and friendship that has meant so much to us. We will be open Thursday and Friday for dinner, and for brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.

We’re grateful to all of you.

Today marks Alchemy’s second anniversary! 🎉🎉

What started as a dream became a reality on June 25, 2020, when Alchemy opened its doors to diners. While opening during a pandemic wasn’t ideal, we wouldn’t change a thing.

Thank you to everyone who has dined with us and supported our vision of creating a welcoming space dedicated to community, art, and delicious food.

Doors open at 5pm and the dinner will begin at 6pm! Guests can select either a meat or vegetarian option perfectly paired with crafted cocktails to showcase the flavor of the food and the tequila. Cost is $95 per person.
