Excited to share our latest project! Partnering with Higher Education Dining Services, we transformed the once-dated Terrace Dining Room into a vibrant, modern food hall.

This new space is not just about serving delicious food—it’s about creating an innovative, inclusive, and transformational environment that enhances the dining experience for everyone regardless of allergen, dietary, or religious needs.

With a design-forward approach, we’ve reimagined the space to be a hub of community, flavor, and creativity.

Last Thursday, VBD West Coast headed out to CREW Silicon Valley's Wine 🍷 and Awards 🏆️night! We had a great time at the event, connected with many new partners, and look forward to what's ahead in 2025! 🥳

The project at exemplified a genuine partnership among stakeholders who shared a profound appreciation for the institution's history, architectural heritage, and enhancing the student journey. Together, we fought for a dining experience that would inspire students, faculty, and the Benedectine monks that call Belmont Abbey home, all while preserving the culture.

From meticulously conserving Neo-Gothic elements during the exterior expansion to integrating features that pay homage to the college's fundamental values, the collaboration between VBD's Foodservice and Interior Design teams, alongside our partners at -design, was seamless.

Together, we crafted a dining environment that seamlessly blends tradition with modernity, offering a tech-forward dining experience and a beautifully crafted kitchen aimed at delivering delicious meals with utmost efficiency. The result is a dining space that truly embodies the spirit of "raising the red."

In their mission to serve patients, our friends at Amgen didn't forget about serving their most valuable asset, their employees. Named one of the World's Best Workplaces by Great Places to Work, Amgen paid careful attention to spaces that nourish both body and mind.

We are very proud of our collaboration with both Amgen, and CRB, in creating a future-forward dining space that will have a positive effect on both employees and the environment.
