How did you spend your summer? I was harkening back to my earliest days of production, remote-controlling 4 cameras and switching live stream classes at Harvard's Extension School. And I get to see the class for free!
I just produced, shot and edited a short segment on the DuBois Orchestra here in the Boston area. They are performing a symphony by Florence Price that had been lost for 50 years and recently discovered in an abandoned house.
My latest contribution to the Belmont Media Center, the open to their weekly news program.

Shooting interviews this week around Harvard’s Kennedy School and Business School for Dukakis Global Forum. Bob Craigue, a WBZ-TV colleague is on camera.
We had a screening of The Silent Soldier and the Portrait last Friday night at Boston University. It's always fun to hear reactions from the audience live!
The Silent Soldier and the Portrait was just nominated for "Best Editing." This is why I like Boston, because Boston likes me.
Wrapping up a project with Legacy Films this week. Friday screening “The Sillent Soldier and the Portrait” at Boston University, produced by Garland Waller. Two awards awarded alteady.
