One of the most effective movements in fitness. Lunges challenge strength, balance, coordination, stability, and endurance all at once. They also train each leg independently, helping build a stronger, more resilient foundation for both training and everyday life.

and throughout the cycle we track progress with body comp assessments + performance reassessments based on real data.
