Pan Dulce Service is Mal Pan's take on bread service with fresh-baked chocolate and vanilla conchas from Dulce Dreams cafe, served with house-made honey butter, and our Café de Olla. Norma's been known as Charlotte's "Co**ha Lady" since launching her pop-up bakery in 2021! She's self-taught, making traditional conchas accessible to the city, and building representation for Latinas in Charlotte's food scene.
