Vanfleet Master Bathroom project

One of our latest projects in the Starmount neighborhood of Charlotte. 12/18/2021

master bathroom, WIC addition, and whole house remodel. We enlarged the hall bath by removing the wall between it and the half bath master bath. (60s style). The wall between the utility room and the storage area, access by an out side door, was removed and the floor raised to the level of the office area. With this we created a larger utility/laundry/mudroom adjacent to the office area. New hardwoods in the kitchen/dinning area to match the rest of the house. A new kitchen was added with a beautiful island. Unfortunately some of these photos are out of sequence, but Facebook makes it very difficult to edit this aspect of the album.

With the help of an extra closet we were able to convert this Powder room into a full bath. Collaborating with the homeowners, we drastically alter this area to bring forth a beautiful bathroom. The powder room had low 7' ceilings which we were able to open up to 8' which gave this room a much moor open feeling. remodel

A recent kitchen remodel

This beautiful kitchen was a total gut and remodel. We removed all the old cabinets and appliances, along with the flooring. Starting from scratch, we installed J&K cabinets with new quartz countertops, new dishwasher and stove, retaining the frig. we painted the walls with Sherwin Williams' Agreeable Grey and then completed the project with a grey LVP.

Carmel Chase pool house project

Pool house was in desperate need of some TLC. Some Fascia, sofffit, and siding repairs, followed by a new coat of paint.
