Charlotte prices SOAR. Making it more difficult for the working class to find avoidable housing in decent neighborhoods.

Charlotte is constantly building NEW homes and apartments. But NONE of them are affordable.

The outlining areas like Salisbury, Concord, Kannapolis. Monroe, Rock Hill and Gastonia are becoming more of an option for the working class.

3/2 in Charlotte most popular areas will range from 1.000-1500 or more.

3/2 in Salisbury will run you 850-1000. Yes you must drive 30-45 mins into the City. But for the money many times its worth the commute.

On average it takes you 30-40 mins to get around the city anyway.

Many of the schools are NOT as crowded. So your child will get the best that teacher has to offer.

Crime is NOT a major factor in many of these areas. Mostly in the immediate city.

Now that school is out for the summer. Start searching for that AFFORDABLE place to live.
