Loyd Visuals is looking for an Executive Administrator who can work with our team to provide internal/external administrative support, client acquisition process, file organization, scheduling meetings, taking detailed notes, etc. The ideal person possesses a “Can Do” attitude, shows initiative, has strong communication and comprehension skills, and a curious nature that consistently seeks process improvements.

Here’s a few more details:

Time Commitment: 15-20 hours per week
Compensation: $25-30/hour
Contract Term: 6 Months

The goals we set for 2024 were both abundant and ambitious. From launching a flagship production studio and shooting for global brands to hosting live events and creating space for communal learning–  people have been the driving force behind our progress.

Meet Chris, our Livestream and Events Technical Director extraordinaire! Chris is the mastermind behind our seamless live productions, ensuring that every event we cover runs like clockwork and has been with us consistently since 2022.

Your technical expertise makes you an invaluable asset to our team and your DJ skills are top notch! We’re proud to have you leading our live productions and providing the musical vibes for us to commune with!

Cheers to our production coordinator who’s been with us for a year now! Haseena handles all of the logistics for our productions, along with a bunch of necessary tasks to get our shoots up and running. We love her positive attitude that she brings to the team along with the professional skills and strategy to get any task done. She’s also a beast with the camera whenever we need some solid BTS shots too!
