Looking for an individual that can work independently, multi-task and take charge.
You will be responsible for invoicing, crediting payment to clients, keep track of Purchase orders among other responsibilities.

Invoicing clerks perform various activities to support accounting department and billing processes. Issue invoices and credit memos, update customer records, and send out monthly billing statements. also track expenses, and handle incoming customer emails.

· Invoicing

· Run daily reports

· Create and Match Invoices to Customer Purchase order

· File daily reports

· Create, mail, email or enter invoices online as directed by customer

· Respond to customers billing questions

· Maintain customer information

· Verify billing fields in orders

· Submit billing totals to Management
