Something big is coming this summer... ๐Ÿ‘€

We've been building something behind the scenes, and we're SO close to being ready to share it with you.

We can't spill all the details just yet, but trust us: it's going to change how you show up for your business.

Think you know what it is? Drop your guess in the comments - we'd love to see what you think! ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ

Your feed is the first impression. Make it count. โœจ

We're obsessed with feeds that feel intentional, sophisticated, warm, and unmistakably *you*. Whether you're a business coach, a creative, or somewhere beautifully in between, your aesthetic should do half the talking before you say a word.

This is the vibe we're building for our clients right now: quiet luxury meets strategic clarity. Clean lines. Purposeful content. A grid that actually reflects the brand behind it.

Is your feed telling the right story? Drop a ๐Ÿ–ค if it's time for a refresh.

Our co-founder rang in her birthday surrounded by family, friends, and a beautifully set table at Restaurant Constance.

Avery's dinner party didn't just commemorate her special day - it was also a part of the Slow Food USA Joyful Dinner Series, a celebration of the farmers, the flavors, and the communities that make every meal meaningful. As one of our clients, we have all become big fans of the integral work that they do to educate and feed people around the world. It felt like exactly the right way to mark another year. ๐ŸŽ‚

In the spirit of the evening, Avery asked that anyone who wanted to give consider supporting Slow Food USA through a donation or membership instead. If you'd like to be part of that, visit http://www.slowfoodusa.org ๐ŸŒพ

We believe the best creative work comes from marketers and storytellers who see, respect, and include everyone. All means all, ya'll. ๐ŸŒˆ

This Pride month, we celebrate the creativity, resilience, and vibrant culture that the LGBTQ+ community brings to the world. ๐Ÿ’™โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿงก

We celebrate you, and we're proud to stand with you. ๐Ÿณ๏ธ๐ŸŒˆ

We took team building seriously last month... karaoke edition ๐ŸŽคโœจ

Turns out, we've been sitting on some serious hidden talent this whole time. Between the power notes, the dramatic performances, and the harmonies nobody saw coming โ€” we left the office behind and showed up fully as ourselves.

That's the thing about this team: they show up with their whole hearts, whether it's for a client strategy session or a karaoke mic. We are so grateful to do this work alongside people who also know how to have a really good time.

Here's to the ones who make the work feel like home. ๐Ÿงก

And a special birthday shoutout to our Operations Director, Danielle! ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿงก Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes to keep our team moving forward.

Thoughts in Avery's head on any given Monday as a co-founder...

"Did I take the dog outside?"
"I should've sent that email last week."
"Do I even like this anymore?"
"I want to be the name they say without hesitation."
"Am I doing too much or not enough?"

All of it. At the same time.

This is the part nobody talks about โ€” the mental load of building something while still being a whole person with a whole life.

If this is your brain too, just know you're not alone. And you don't have to figure it all out before you move forward.

P.S. Today is also her birthday. ๐ŸŽ‚ Here's to another year of building this community, figuring things out, and choosing to keep going, always. Thank you for being here. ๐Ÿฅ‚

It's the little things. The 'thank you' text after a call. The referral you didn't ask for. The client who comes back because they *trust* you. That's why we do this. ๐Ÿค

On May 21st, our own Avery and Operations Director Danielle were in the room at the B.O.S.S. Conference (Building Opportunities and Strategies for Success), hosted by the Women's Business Center of Charlotte.

As a proud sponsor, ACCC was honored to be part of an event that poured into entrepreneurs at every stage. Celebrating their 10th anniversary, the conference's theme, 'Bold Foundations for Brighter Futures,' couldn't have felt more aligned with what we believe in every day.

"You cannot be afraid to let go of the good for the great," is just one of the powerful takeaways from Dr. Stephanie M. Kirkland's keynote speech that truly left us inspired.

Thank you, Women's Business Center of Charlotte
National Institute of Minority Economic Development for bringing this community together. ๐Ÿงก

Introverts don't just belong in marketing, they're often the ones doing the most thoughtful, effective, lasting work in it.

The myth that marketing requires you to be extroverted and "always on" has kept a lot of genuinely talented people from stepping into this field with confidence. And it's just not true.

Marketing at its core is about understanding people, telling meaningful stories, and building trust over time. The deep listening, careful word choice, and ability to observe what others overlook are skill assets in the industry.

Now, are some things harder? Yes. Networking events can be exhausting. On-camera content can feel unnatural at first. Pitching yourself out loud takes practice. We're not going to sugarcoat that.

But hard is not the same as impossible. And none of those things determines whether you belong here.

If you're an introvert in marketing or thinking about entering this field, this one's for you. ๐Ÿงกโœจ
