Julius Chambers Marching Band, formally the Vance Cougar Marching Band Chambers High School in Charlotte, NC. Under the direction of Mr. Joseph T.
The Juilus Chambers Marching Band, also known as the "Royal Sound Of the South," is a high-stepping, showstopping marching band from Cougar Land, Julius L. Wilson, the JCMB is an action packed group of students who use explosive energy to entertain the crowd while displaying excellent musicianship. The Julius Chambers Marching Band has performed many places and is continuing to grow. We are "Building A Legacy of excellence and not resting until we do so!"

A huge thank you to Johnson C. Smith University 💛💙for joining us this past Friday for our Black History Month performance! 🎶 It was an honor to come together and perform our mass band piece, “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” in celebration of culture, history, and unity. We truly appreciate you coming out and being part of such a special moment!

Congratulations to the JCMB for winning 3rd Place Flags, 3rd Place Music, and 3rd Place General Effect at the Warren County HS “Showdown in the County” Marching Band Competition this past Saturday! We competed against 7 other bands in Class 1A and walked away with some hardware! This was also the first Marching Band competition that we have participated in since our school name change in 2021! The JCMB would like to thank everyone for all the love and support!

PERCUSSION CAMP TOMORROW! 🥁⏰
📍 8AM SHARP – Don’t be late!
🎒 CAMP ESSENTIALS:
✔️ Water jug / Gatorade / Liquid IV (freeze it overnight❄️)
✔️ Light breakfast (no empty stomachs!)
✔️ Shades, hat, sunscreen
✔️ Medicine if needed (inhalers, braces, ibuprofen, etc.)
✔️ Sticks, straps, mallets, PRACTICE PADS
👕 ATTIRE:
• Newbies: White tee + black shorts
• Old Heads: School colors (orange/blue/gray/black) + black shorts
🚫 NO Crocs, clogs, slides – Wear real shoes!
