After months of typical permitting delays and extensive planning, CBC is excited to finally kick off our latest turnkey site package for a new 133 lot single family home subdivision in York, SC. Project highlights include…

- 40 acre site
- +/- 200,000 CY of mass earthwork
- 40 acres of fine grading
- 35,000’ LF of underground utilities
- 12,650’ LF curb
- 25,000 SF sidewalks
- 153,000 SF of asphalt paving
- Completed turnover by 12/31/26

The weather has made it tough on every contractor in 2024, but gotta keep pushing…better days ahead.
