💄🏠 18 rose got a makeover!

I closed on 18 rose in August and immediately started to renovations! Less than two months later we have this charmer hitting the market for sale! I have been investing in real estate in the form of acquiring rental properties for a while now. This hear is my first solo renovation and flip.

“Danny … I mean should I just wait to buy a house? I hear almost every house bid these days involves either an over purchase price offer or cash offer… and even then sometimes those aren’t even getting chosen amongst the multiple offers being received on a given house”

Although the market can be a factor in ones decision to purchase a home. Ultimately the decision/ right time to buy a house is your choice! Don’t let a hot market scare you especially when you have a great agent who will help you navigate the market and help you be competitive when putting in offers.
