𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐄⁣
🔀Heard enough, said enough but did we actually practice enough?⁣
🏹For deepening any pose engaging core is a really important cue and if we engage it well we might not see a very aesthetically appealing pose but it usually gives an active stretch.⁣⁣

Here I am working on opening shoulder as well chest against wall, if you notice carefully you will see a difference in my spinal curve.⁣
Let's engage our core more and more!⁣

Every pose is not accessible to everyone and I personally feel Upward Facing Dog or Urdhvamukhasvanasana is not accessible to everyone like it wasn't for me. I made mistakes and learnt over period of time so I do not want you to repeat that.⁣⁣
Everyone says what to do in a pose but I personally feel we must tell what not to do as well, sharing from my personal experience.⁣⁣

Backends do come in our way when we practice forward folds as well twists! Yes only extension is not good. And bending each part of spine is equally important, don't forget to get into a child pose right after practicing a yummy backbend!⁣
