Hey ya’ll! Quick story and intro/reintro. So, I have a new meal prep client, a seasoned citizen and his wife. They are knocking on the door of their mid 80’s, but boy are they spunky and vibrant! They have inspired me in so many ways, in just a few weeks, and I couldn’t be more grateful; from seeing the love they show one another to witnessing early morning yoga sessions, to hearing stories about all of the life they’ve lived and continue to live, has been a blessing. Well, I was asked to be on a podcast with the man of the house and his daughter; a podcast that they have birthed as a child of the book they wrote together! Anywho, I say all that as a segue to say 1) a reminder that age will never hinder you from continuing to do the thing that brings you joy; 2) a hello and intro to all of my new followers; 3) a reintro to all of you who have already been following my journey and 4) a reminder that I’d love to connect with you if you need services, of course, or you just wanna cook, chat, or be foodie friends! 😊 Oh yeah, link to the podcast is ☝🏽.

-loud = fun
-Came for sushi, left w/smiles

All these little versions of me had no idea they’d grow up to chase flavor for a living! Her smile stayed the same, but her personality and her voice, like her flavors, became a bit more bold!
