Considering the record breaking heat, adding a slushie machine to our bar service was the decent thing to do. We’re so excited to offer your favorite drinks, FROZEN!! We’ve already perfected the classic margarita and bourbon slush; but I’m curious, what’s your favorite flavor? Anything your dying to see on our menu?

It’s been such a fun concert season and I’m truly thankful to experience live music again. During the pandemic I missed concerts more than anything; I was scared I’d never see my favorite artists perform. So now I buy tickets to everything and I never regret it.

Jalapeño Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup sliced jalapeños

Bring sugar and water to a boil, then add the jalapeños and simmer for 10 minutes. Place in a heat proof container to cool in the fridge.

I bottle mine with the jalapeños for extra spice but you can strain them if you prefer it mild.
To make a bigger batch just double or triple the recipe! It keeps great in the fridge and an easy way to add kick to your favorite cocktail💥

simply ecstatic over this signature cocktail an August bride choose. it’s simple, slightly sweet, and refreshing- a perfect end of summer cocktail:

Elderflower & Grapefruit Gin & Tonic

1 oz elderflower syrup
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz gin
4 oz tonic water

combine syrup, gin, and juice in a shaker with ice, pour into a glass and top with tonic water. garnish with sliced grapefruit and/or a sprig of rosemary🔸

Spooky Season is our absolute favorite so we celebrate early and often. The idea of starting a mobile bar actually came to us while planning a Halloween party. At the time there wasn’t anything like it available. 2 months later we bought the trailer and started the conversion. It’s been magic ever since🪄
